Our in- house facilities consist of captive power, transport facilities and large storage areas for the packaged and finished products.

Mango Pulp Process

Matured mangoes are plucked and graded and sent for crushing and de-stoning. The skin and seed are removed and the pulp is heated at an ambient temperature. The pulp is next passed through the decanter boiled at a temperature of ninety five degrees Celsius, then pumped to the packing section where it packed in OTS cans and retracting is done by immersing in boiling bath for twenty minutes and cooling immediately.

Standard packing is 3.1 kg containers of pulp for the overseas markets and 5.2 kg for the domestic market. We conduct a very detailed and systemized process for the canning.
